CBO Community Impact
- REACH: 290 community members (135 women, 58 youth under 25) trained in climate-smart agriculture, water conservation & disaster risk reduction.
- INFRASTRUCTURE: 4 rainwater harvesting tanks (10,000L each) handed to community ownership — water for 440 households during 2023 dry season.
- CLIMATE ADAPTATION: 3 village Early Warning micro-networks established; disaster response time reduced from 4+ days to under 20 hours.
- FOOD SECURITY: 68 households adopted climate-resilient seeds; average crop yield improved 19% in following season.
- COMMUNITY OWNERSHIP: Village Climate Resilience Committees established to manage infrastructure.
